Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Processing time is separate from shipping time. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Estimated Shipping Time

After your order has been processed, estimated delivery is 8–15 business days.

Business days do not include weekends or public holidays. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed, as delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, high order volume, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by the carrier. We will assist with tracking or carrier inquiries when possible, but we are not responsible for packages marked as delivered that are lost or stolen.

Please contact us if your tracking information has not updated for an extended period or your order has not arrived after the estimated delivery window.

Separate Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages. You may receive more than one tracking number.

Customs and Import Fees

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These fees are not included in the order total and are the customer’s responsibility.
